3. Who receives information
Access is limited to people who need the information for the purposes above. Contact form messages are transmitted using Mailjet’s email delivery infrastructure. Our website hosting, infrastructure, and professional IT providers may process limited technical data on our behalf to operate and secure the service. We may also disclose information when required by law or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
These providers act under contractual and confidentiality obligations. Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we rely on an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, as required.
4. How long we keep information
Enquiry and business correspondence is retained only while needed to respond, manage a prospective or active relationship, meet legal and accounting obligations, or resolve disputes. Routine technical logs are retained only for the period reasonably needed for security and diagnostics. The cookie-notice record expires after 180 days. We may retain specific records longer where law requires it or a legal claim makes it necessary.
5. Your rights
Subject to the conditions in data protection law, you may ask us for access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Email info@marketinggaia.com to exercise a right. We may need to verify your identity. You also have the right to complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus or the supervisory authority where you live or work.
6. Security and required information
We use proportionate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. Providing contact details is voluntary, but without a name, email address, and message we cannot respond to an enquiry. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
7. Cookies and changes
Our Cookie Policy describes browser storage in detail. We may update this privacy notice when our practices or legal obligations change. The current revision date appears at the top of this page.
